Notice having been given both to the Union Pacific Railroad company and also to the various land owners over whose land the Stromsburg-Central City branch of the Union Pacific Right of Way crosses to appear before the board from the 26th to the 29th of June 1906. The Board ofEqualization and assessment of Polk County, Nebraska, hereby apportion the just and equal proportion of theactual valuation of each separate tract of land as between the owner and the Railroad Company in the followingmanner, to wit:STROMSBUKG PRECINCT
