The lands so leased, are near the Louisville, iTew Albany and Chicago Railroad, between Bedford and Mitchell. The par value of shares is $20 each. $50,000 is set apart for a working capital, which the Company propose to oft’er, for a limited time, for sale at 25 cts. on the dollar.Preparations are being made by the Company, for a thorough and successful prosecution of the work, and no time will be lost in the operations. The Company contemplate boring for oil in the month of July.Stock can he obtained by application to M. A. Malott, President, at the Branch Bank, or T. R. Cobb, Secretary, and N. F.
