Skirmish Near Inman’s Hollow, —A detachment of some two hundred men, under Maj. Gallop, of the Third Missouri Cavalry, went out a few days !ago and while scouting in the vicinity of Salem and the head of Current river, learned there was a band of some 200 guerrillas near the head of Inman’sHollow. A detachment was sent in■ ■search and on Monday last Capt. Glover charged into their camp at full speed. The rebels scattered in every direction, leaving coats, blankets and arms on the ground. Eleven of the rebels were killed, one mortally wounded, and one prisoner taken. The arms were mostly of a worthless character and were destroyed. The prisoner ta** ken was William Hartje, formerly of this place. It has since been ascertained that two of the rebels, wounded intthat engagement have since died.
