EDINBURG, July 11.—(Sph— Stringent new passport regula tions governing Mexican aliens to day led to the arrest and subse quent filing of bigamy charges against Abelardo Ramirez. 29- year-old McAllen man. Ramirez was arrested by Bor der Patrolmen F. A. Kilborn and Leslie M. Buchanan after they had checked up on his passport. Their investigation showed that he was married first in Edinburg in 1931 and then later married in McAllen before his suit for divorce from his firsto@ce became final The bigamy charges were filed in Justice of the Peace v. Loy Ramsour’s court here.
