Constable of Precinct Ho. 20, received, approved . and the Clerk ordered to file same.Upon a petition signed by the citizens and tax payers of the upper Pom! Creek for the establishment of a new precinct on the lines of what was formerly known as Precinct No. 11. nnd heretofore abolished, tt is hereby ordered that a new precinct be nnd is hereby created and hcrc-*ftcr to be known a- Precinct No. 26. 1 *dl Park, in the Coonty of Colfax.
