Good music from l)es Aloiues was in attendance and a very pleasant little party assembled from around the lake. It was a lovely night, and the steamers were gay with colored lights. Many launches were out and it was almost like midsummer. All are glad to see the Manhattan opened again, for it is a charming spot, and a favorite hotel with many.
