Telegraphic Correspondence Ciinnati Commercial. FROM COLUMBUS. Columnus, July 10. The 113th Regiment Ohio Infantry was received with appropriate ceremonies, at Goodale Park, this evening. This regiment was recruited in the counties of Franklin, Licking, Madison and Cham paign, from which it went to the field 1,000 strong, and, after serving in all the conflicts, and sharing in all the glories of the campaign to Atlanta and Sherman's march to the sea—having, at different times, as commanders, Colonels Wilcox, Mitchell, Warner and Jones—returns with twenty-five offi cers and 462 men. The reception was given by the citizens of this and adjoining counties, and was participated in by a large attendance, including many ladies, who showered bouquets of choice flowers upon the returning heroes. After a bountiful repast, W. @. Noble, Esq., was introduced by Colonel Wilcox, and extended a warm and hearty welcome to the scarred veterans before him. General Mitchell, being called for, responded in a fine sketch of historic recollections concerning the regiment he was addressing, including those of the well-fought fields of Mission Ridge, Look out Mountain, Kenesaw Mountain, Atlanta and Bentonville. : Colonels Warner and Jones also participated in the reunion with the‘gallant men so often led by them. : Major General Cox being present, was called for, and responded, assuring the men that he had faith in their future, as that of good citizens, as they had been good soldiers in the past . The different speakers were enthusiastically cheered. Dispatches from Louisville to the Governor, an nounce that the 63d Regiment, containing 17 offi cers and 333 men, and the 39th Regiment, with 29 officers and 573 men, have been mustered out, and sent to Camp Dennison for payment and dis charge. Pay Agent W. H. Williams certified into the State Treasury today, $97,884 98, allotment money, collected from Ohio regiments, numbering from 184th to 197th, both inclusive, and has sent by express, to various parties, $2,000. Pay Agent.Morris certifies $210,000, allotment money, collected at Louisville. The 118th Regiment was paid off and discharged on Saturday,at Cleveland, a+ . The following promotions in Ohio regiments were to-day. 30th—First Lieutenant Ho mer Montgomery to Captain, Second Lieutenant J. L. McCain to First Lieutenant, and Sergeant John A. Langdon to Second Lieutenant. 41st— First Lieutenants C. C. Huston and Alonzo D. Hosmer to Captains, and Second Lieutenants Rush Jamison and Lester F., Miller to First Lieutenants. 47th—Sergeant Rudolph Neff to First Lieutenant. 55th—First Lieutenant John H. Ross, Jr., to Cap tain; Sergeants T. 8. Haseler, John Burker, and Henry J. Peltong, First Lieutenants, and Ser geants Thomas M. Wood, John Lamberght, David Warren, Alpheus J. Peck, Moses Pugh, and George H. Clark to Second Lieutenants. 69th—Lieuten ant Colonel Joseph A. Bingham to Colonel, Major Lewis ¥. Hicks to Lieutenant Colonel, and Ser geants J. 8. Rech, Levi E. Busel, G. W. Hamilton, and William W. Wilson to First Lieutenants. 76th—Sergeant James Kelly to First Lieutenant. 188th—First Lieutenant George A. Knight to Cap tain, Second Lieutenant Andrew W.
