Leddington, Thomas Ledding ton, James Webster, Samuel Webster, Nan cy Orr, William Orr, and the unknown heirs and legal representatives of Hugh Monroe, who are heirs and legal representatives of Judith Tanquary, deceased— You are hereby informed that on the 17th day of June, A. D. 1561, said Administrator filed his petition in the Probate Court of Fay ette county, Ohio, the object and prayer of which petition is to obtain an order etc., on the 13th day of July, 1561, for the sale of the fol lowing real estate (of which the said Judith Tanquary, deceased, seized to wit: Part of out lot No. 44, in the town of Washington, seat of pee for said county of Fayette, boun ded and described as follows : Beginning at the north-east corner of Joseph Allen's lot ; thence with the original line of said lot No. 44, north 43 ° 48 ° west 11 poles to Temple street, and the original north-east corner of said lot No. 44; thence with said street south 46 ° 12 min. west 5 poles and 8 feet to a stake, north-east corner to a lot owned by Uriah Goldsburg ; thence south 43 ° 43 m. east 11 poles to a stake in the line of Stephen Grubb ; thence with the lines of said Grubb and Allen north 46 ° 12 min. east 5 poles and eight feet to the beginning, containing 60 poles of land, more or less.
