Congrove-HiltonMiss Valerie Ann Hilton and Richard Lee Congrove III were united in marriage June 23 at the Memorial Baptist Church in PulaskP Dr. J. Powhatan Cox, pastor of the church, conducted the ceremony.The bride is the daughter of Mr.,and Mrs. James R. Hilton. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jack L. Congrove.Miss Hilton’s attendants were Lisa Wallace, maid of honor, Sue Quesenberry, Robin Cain and Bonnie Ingles,' bridesmaids.^shers were David Congrove and Randy Price, both of Pulaski. The groom’s father served as best man.The bride is a 1977 graduate of Pulaski County High School. The groom attended Radford College and is now manager of the Pizza Hut in Richlands.After a wedding trip to Virginia Beach, the couple will live in Richlands.
