Hospital Twig Six Has Last Meeting of SeasonTwig Six held the last meeting of the season in the home of Mrs. Lee Ardrey with election of . officers a feature of the session. Mrs. Arthur Keller opened the meeting with a poem. entitled ’‘Smile'', reminding all that if everyone practiced smiling every day, joy would be brought to many people.Mrs. Keller also expressed appreciation to all, who assisted in making the Twig’s recent card party a success.Mrs. Glenn Sims was elected president for the coming year; Mrs. Stephen Hodsden, vice president; Mrs. Raymond More hart, secretary; Mrs. Armand Weakley, treasurer; Mrs. Harold Fenstermaker, recorder; Mrs. Lee Ardrey, corresponding secretary and Mrs. Hershet Fishbaugh, representative to Inter Twig meetings.Members and invited guests planned to attend the Red Barn dinner-theatre for dinner and a show July 31,An attractive dessert of fruitwas served in scooped out watermelons with scalloped handles shaped like baskets. Hostesses were Mrs. Pat Rankin. Mrs. Robert Todd and Mrs. Robert Evans.The losers in the donation of tickets will entertain the winners in the near future.Those attending, in addition to those named above, were Mrs. Richard Weidner, Mrs. Clarence George, Mrs. Gerald Spitler, Mrs. Frank Romano. Mrs. Richard Moyer, Mrs. Harold Perdue. Mrs. Grace Booker, Mrs. John Clum and Mrs. John Hardin.The September meeting will be held at the home of Mrs, Arthur Keller with- Mrs. John Orr and Mrs. Armond Weakley as co-hostesses.
