NEW SAILOR — Enrique (Henry) Trevino, son of Mr. and Mrs. Loreto G. Trevino of Pharr, has joined the U.S. Navy and is headed for “boot camp” at Great Lakes, Illinois. He is a 1972 graduate of Pharr-San Juan-Alamo High School where he was ac tive in the band and choir. He won state invitational me dals as solist on the French horn in both 1971 and 1972 and was a member of the regional choir with the P.§.J.A. con cert choir in 1971 and 1972. He was also a member of the PAU Valley Sym y in 1971 and 1972. He will try out for the Navy band while in recruit training. Trevino en tered the Navy under the three-year airman program which guarantees him his choice of recruit training sites and coasts, east or west United States and his being staioned with the aviation por tion of the Navy aboard air craft carriers or Naval air stations.
