It was becoming rather difficult to blame all the disorder on the Arabs when non-Jcwish sources of information were insisting that the trouble was due to the Red Bolshevik Jews who have entered Palestine from Russia. Another reason for the cessation of the reports may be the fact that the Jewish ruler of Jewish Palestine has been forced to make a rule curtailing Jewish immigration.
