Smith et al. vs. Wava -H. ; Smith, pursuant io the order of said; court, -will sell at private sale, at tire j law office of Cook Krieg in vbe City of Huntington, Indiana, on and after August 7th, 1920, the following real estate situated in Huntington County, Indiana, described more particularly as follows, to-wit: —A part of oiu-lol No. 1 in T. V. I-Iur-ton’s Addition of out-lots to the tcnvn of Roanoke, Indiana, described as follows:—Commencing two-hundred a*ul forty (2-10) feet west of the southeast corner of said lot one; thence north cne hundred and sixty-live (165) feetto that part of said lor sold to Frank Pequignot by Sarah K. Smith by deeddated March 11. 1919. and recorded in Deed Record 124 page 454; in theRecorder’s office in said county; thence west along the south line of said last-named tract, seventy-live (75) feet to the west line of that part of said lot lor owned by Sarah E. Smith, as described in Deed Record 106 page 474; thence south along the west line of said part of said lot to the south lino of said lot one; thence east along said south line, seventy-five (75) feet to the place of besrtn---I9On the terms of 1-2 cash, 1-3 in nine months and balance in eighteen months, deferred payments to be secured by a first mortgage on said real estate and bear 6 per cent interest from date. ■—Call on address the undersigned,JOHN XV.
