BY virtue of a writ of fieri facias issued out of the Supreme Court, and to me directedagainst the goods and chattels, lands and tenements of Benjamin Edw%rds‘Jheir of BenjaminEdwards, Jun. 1 have seized and taken the following pieces of land, viz: a piece or parcel situate in the village of Cairo, now in the possession of George A. Crooker, and bounded gene-rallyas follows: on the east by the Woodstockturnpike, on the south by the Susquehannal?turnpike, on the west by the Shinglekill Creek, and on the north by’Ira T. Day, containing halfan acre of land 'more m less; also that farm ofland situate in*Cairo aforesaid, and bounded asfollows, viz: on the west by Ipson Lacy, on thesouth by Francis'Carbine, on the east by saidCarbine and John Crooker, and on the north bythe Windham turnpike road, containing sixty acres of land mare*oi less.
