Morrison Appointed on Merit BoardDenver.- Arthur It. Morrison sue ceeded William W. Grant, Jr., ay a member of the State Civil Service Commission when the latter’s term ex pired. Announcement of the appoint ment was made by Governor Carlson before leaving for a three-weeks’ trip East. Mr. Morrison is an attorney and a Republican in politics. Commissioner Grant, a Democrat, has been president of the civil service cominis sion during the last year.
