Aldridge and Irene Aldridge, and ‘Unknown Owners”, Defendants. In Chancery No. 20755, it appearing from the affidavit of Edward D. Groshong, attorney for the plaintiff in the above entitled cause, that the defendant John A. Aldridge is a non-resident of the State of Illinois, so that process cannot be served upon him, and that the defendant Irene Aldridge has concealed herself within this State, so that process cannot be served upon her, and that her whereabouts and place of residence are unknown, although affiant has the due and diligent inquiry to ascertain her place of residence and whereabouts, and that upon due and diligent inquiry the place of residence and whereabouts of the defendant Irene Aldridge can not be ascertained; and it further appearing from said affidavit that the affiant has made due and dili gent inquiry to ascertain the places of residence of the following de fendan's, to wit: ‘Unknown Own ers,” and the places where such “ “Unknown Owners” have hereto fore resided, and that upon due and diligent injury the places of resi dence of such “Unknown Owners” and the places where any of them have heretofore resided cannot be ascertained, and are unknown, 30 that process cannot be served upon them or any of them, which affidavit has been duly filed in the above entitled cause. W.4) of Section Seven (7), Township Five (5) North, Range Hight (8) West of the Third Principal Meridian, as the same appears from plat thereof] recorded in the office of the Re corder of Madison County, Illi nois, in Plat Book No. 19 at Page 10, situated in the Village of Beth alto, County of Madison and State of Ilinois, and whereby plaintiff also seeks other relief. Now, therefore, you, the said de fendants, John A.
