Southeast Residents Aid in Arrangements for Pro gram Sunday. Southeast residents of Irish de scent are planning to attend a huge Irish mass meeting in Garfield park Sunday to listen to a colorful pro gram of Irish songs, music, step- dancing and oratory, Judge John P. McGoorty will preside as chairman Sponsored by the Allied Irish Societies of Chicago, the celebration is expected to attract more than 106,000 of the city’s Irish. High lights of the celebration will be the introduction of Ireland's amateur boxing champions by Bishop Ber nard Sheil of the C.¥.C. and a speech by Congressman Clare Ger ald Fenerty of Philadelphia, who will speak on “Ireland, One and Undivided.” Southeast Residents. Southeast residents who are as sisting in arrangements include Katharine Golden, 5432 Minerva ave.; John D. Casey, 721 E. 88th st.; Emmett J. Grannan, 1508 E. 71st st.; Capt. Dennis M. Malley, 6719 Merril ave.; Francis Hogan, 8751 Langley ave.; John T. O'Shea, 6631 Woodlawn ave.; Michael J. O’Mal ley, 7828 Calumet ave.; Richard W Wolfe, 6930 South Shore dr. and Mrs. ‘Thomas E. Joyce, 3101 Oglesby ave. The Irish organizations which are participating in this mass meeting are the Ancient Order of Hiberni ans, the American Association for the Recognition of the Irish Repub lic, the Patrick Sarsfield club, the Irish Mummers club, the Irish- American club, the Irish Society of Drama and Music, the Irish His torical Productions, Inc. and the North of Ireland club. “Honored Guests. Honored guests will include Con sul General Daniel J. McGrath of Erie; Richard W. Wolfe, former, commissioner of public works, Bar rett O'Hara and Monsignor William F. Cahil. Both Governor Horner and Mayor Kelly have been invited to attend. The demonstration in Garfield park will be preceded by a colorful parade, which wl start at Madison st. and Cicero are, at 2 pm. The parade will consist of members of Trish societies, C Y.0, clubs, bands, floats, Boy Scouts, the Irish Boxers, etc.
