Kcclcr, la hereby notified that a suit has been commenced against him in said District Court, within and for said County of Socorro, by the Becker-Biockwell Company, a corporation, to obtain a judgment in the sum of Five Hundred amEigbty-onc and 87-100 Dollars, with interest from June 20th, 1900, together with costs of suit, which sum is alleged to be due plaintiff from defendant on an open book account for goods, wares and merchandise sold and delivered by plaintiff to defendant, between the 9tb day of August, 1897, and the 29th day of June, 1900, in said county’and Territory and at the request of said defendant, and for cash and interest.That a writ of attachment has been issued in said cause, and all the right, title and interest of tbe said defendant in and to the following described property has been attached thereunder, to-wit:That certain mining claim or lode known as the **Iron Mask Lode,” situate in that portion of the Magdalena mountains known as South Camp, Magdalena Mining District.
