Kinsella advised today that the observance of the local or- idinance banning the sale and use of fireworks on Fourth of July was generally satisfactory.There were about six cases, he said, in which the attention of the police was called to the fact that parents had failed to assure the cooperation sought to reduce the number of holiday injuries from explosives.At Memorial Hospital this year there was only one injury reported in the case of Collins Brooker, 13, of Chapin Street, treated for a firecracker burn on the forefinger.1lt;
