Lundberg of fadho Falls, Contestes: You are hereby notified that Alvin Giettrup, who gives Shelley, Idaho, R. F. D. No. 1 as his post office ad dress, did on May 9, 1922, file in this J office bin duly corroborated applica ton to contest and secure the can cellation of your homestead entry No... serial No. 030114 made July 8, for W% SW%, Sec. 1; SE%, B% SW% Sec. 2, township 2 south ,range 39 east, Boise merid ian, and as grounds for his contest he alleges that entryman never es tablished or maintained an actual mere side residence on said land, has never cultivated the same, or made any improvements thereon; and has never used said land for erasing peasy that said entryman was discharged from the military service , of the United States more than two years ago last past; and that the failure of wald entryman to establish residence on said land, to maintain residence thereon, and to cultivate and improve the said land for two. Years last past has not been due and was not due to his service in the army or navy of the United States, nor in any other branch of the mili tary or naval service nor in any or ganization authorized by congress for offense or defense. You are, therefore, further noti fied that the said allegations will be taken oa confessed, and your said entry will be canceled without further right to be heard, either be fore this office or on appeal, if you fail to file in this office within twenty days after the fourth publi cation of this notice, as shown be low, your answer, under oath. Specifically responding to these alle gations of contest, together with due Proof that you have served a copy of your answer on the said contest ant either in person or by registered mail.
