COUNCIL CUAMBBR, IMoifpA.v, Jnne 12th, 1^65.—7K p. w. JCouncil met pursuant to adjournment. Present, Ald’o Jackson, Proator, Willy, Gilmore, Barker and Allen, On motion, Aid. Gilmore was cl acted Chairman pro tern. Aid. Hutchinson came in and took his seat as President of the Counoil.On motion, ancount No. 190, was reconsidered and allowed at $34.On motion to appropriate the amount, the yeas and 'nays were called, with the following result: Ald’n Jackson, Proctor, Willy, Gilmore, Barker, and Allon, 0 votedaye ; in the negative none.On motion, Counoil roted to aocopt a proposition of Hirer Side Cemetery Association and to proceed to prooure the necessary grounds for Cemetory purposes.On motion, Counoil voted to take tho necessary action to procure Lands for aCity poor farm.On motion, Oounuil ad(journod.J.
