Sheriff’s Sale. A virtue of an execution and an order and decree, issued out of the office of the Cleck of the Circuit.Court of Switzerland county, In diana, and to, be directed, in favor of Ulysses P. Schenck, and, against Hugh W. Gray, for the sum of $226 64, the debt interest and costs, and also for,the accruing costs, I will expose to sale at public outcry, to the highest bidder for cash in hand, at the Court House door in the town of Vevay, in said county, on Tuesday the 30th day of July, A.D., 1844, between the hours of 10 o’clock A. M., and 4 o’clock P. M., of said day, the rents and profits for the term of time of seven years of the following property towi: All that certain piece or parcel of land, lying and being in Switzerland county, Indiana, and being part of the fractional section number two, in township four, North of range twelve least, it being the West half of a tract of land owned by (the aforesaid) Ralph B. Cotton, in Pleasant township in the county and, State aforesaid, it being the same land which the said Ralph B. Cotton lately resided on, and contain ing fifty-five acres of land, be the same move or less, which land was deeded to the said Hugh Gray by Ralph B. Cotton and wife by deed bearing date 23d. May 1829—and in case the rents and profits will not sell for a sufficient sum to satisfy said decree, I will then and. there forth with offer, the feesiympie of said premises to the highest bidder for cash in hand. Said land having been ordered to be sold by said court as the property of the said Hugh W. Gray, to satisfy said demand, To be sold without valuation. TIENRY McMARXIN, Sheriff 5. C.
