Isaac S. Weible was born near Canal . Dover, Tuseawaras Co.,, O., May 82d, U 1844. He died June 29th, 1888, at 2 e o’clock p. in. . He was. therefore 44 t years, 1 month and 7 days old. The do- 1 ceased remained in the county where he was born until he had reached manhood. ] In 1865 he came with his parents to this county, where he settled and remained until he died. February 17th, 1868, he was married to Miss Elmira E. McCoy, who, with a daughter and son, mourns the death of husband and father. Mr. Weible had many native talents. He had possessed himself of a good education, and for several years taught with eminent success in the schools of Pclphos. All who knew ! him—and his acquaintances and friends (were* legion—remember his excellent qualities of heart, his kindly sympathies, and bis strong affection for home and family.For many'yeurs ho was a*constant sufferer from the ailment wliieh finally brought on his death. He was always cheelful and did not often speak of his sufferings.Probably there nre few in the county who are not acquainted with the public service rendered by the deceased for so many years. No better evidence of the esteem in which he was held could be derived than the tribute paid last Sabbath afternoon by the presence at the M. E. Church, where Hev. E. W. Work preached the funeral sermon, and at the cemetery of a larger number of people than Is often seen at one time in our city.The community has lost a citizen who will be greatly missed, in the death of Isaac Weible.Mr. Weible carried a life insurancepolicy in the National Union for $2,000.
