STUTTGART, Germany—Army Sergeant First Class Arturo Her nandez, whose father, Santos Her nandez, lives at 307 E. Richard Ave., Kingsville, recently was as signed to the U.S. Seventh Army headquarters in Germany Sergeant Hernandez, a supply specialist in the headquarters’ en gineer section, entered the Army July 1944 and arrived in Eu rope in May of this year.’ His wife, Rosa, is with him in Ger man. The sergeant, whose mother, Mrs. Francisca S. Hernandez, lives in Kingsville, was graduated from Henrietta M. King High School in 1943
