May Break Record. Judge J. M. Lowe of Kansas City said in his speech at Marshall that Kansas City will pledge at least 100, 000 members to the National Old Trails Ocean-to-Ocean Highway asso ciation. G. A. Radford of Marshall, declared that Missouri will give more members and more money to the na tional highway movement than Kan sas.
