Judd said the defendant (who did not appear) objected to vaccination and had been previously convicted. The defendant was fined 10s. and costs.—For similar offences John Fouleher, of Wembley Park, was fined 3s. (including costs) in respect of his child Hareourt; and Harry Miller, of Pembroke Road, Wembley, was fined 20s. and costs.
