Sentence of Kiee end Driscoll.Abram Rice and Timothy Driscoll,convicted for the murder of Cephas Farenbaugh, were brought up at nine o’clock Tuesday morning to receive formal sentence of death by the Com t. An immense crowd were in attendance, among whom were a large number of ladies. After order had boon obtained* the prisoners were directed to arise* and Judge Pettit, proceeded, with great solemnity and impressiveness of manner, to read the sentence, as follows:
