£id auu ucj uuauiiiiuii^uij1 iivwo-ly, Minerva Beeler, married to a man whose name is unknown, James Hancock, and other defendants whose names are unknown, heirs at law of Davis Weaver, late of said county deceased.THE bill in this cause alleges, among other things, that the said Davis Weaver departed this life on the 24th day of October, 1837, at said county, seized in fee simple of certain real estate situate in said county; that.he died without legitimate heirs of his body, without a father living, the above named defendants and o-thecs, whose names are unknown, supposed to be heirs at law of the said Davis Weaver; and prayer for certain relief in said bill mentioned; and the said Frances Weaver having hied in this Court the affidavit of William G. Monroe, a disinterested person, by which it satisfactorily appeared to the clerk of said court, that the above named defendants, and those whose names are unknown, were and are nonresidents of the State of Indiana.I, William V. Cheek, Clerk of said Court, hereby give notice to the said defendants, known and unknown, of the pendency of the said cause, and that they be and appear in the next Dearborn Circuit Court, to be held on the 4th Monday in October next, on the first day of the term thereof, at the court house in Wilmington, | pro in said county, and that they plead, answer or demur to said Bill, or the mutters and things therein stated will be taken as con-fpssp.H. nnd Hpp.fppd nrrnrrtinrrlv.
