AWARD WINNER; This entry in kiddies parade yes terday during Blueberry festival in South Haven was judged most patriotic Moat entry, according to parade officials. Cheryl Elzinga, portraying Betsy Russ was judged best dressed in Bicentennial theme. At lest is Randy Duff. Float Was entered by youngsters involved in Stanley Johnston playground summer activities program. Festival continues through Monday. (Tom Renner photos) ARBRE BICENTENNIAL FLAG BEARERS; Thirteen star Bicentennial Nag was symbolic of kiddies parade yesterday in South dlaven, Scott and Amanda Balasick, of South Haven, were Mag bearers. Several hundred youngsters participated in parade which was held under clear, sunny skies.
