fa. SIDNEY — Christ Genther, 69, was dead on arrival at Mercy Hospital in Williston, N.D. on Sunday. He was born Sept. 27, 1903, in Petterstail, Germany, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Genther. In 1906 his family homestead ed near Zap, N. D., where he was reared. He later moved to Fairview to “Tht. He married Martha Bieber. In 1940 they moved to a farm south of Crane, where they lived until his retirement in 1969. In 1971 he moved to Sidney. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Irene Roeger of Terry; a brother, John of Glendive, and three grandchildren. Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in Fulkerson’s Memorial Chapel, with the Rev. James Pepper officiating. Burial will be in Sidney Cemetery.
