Demonstrators against Australia’s involvement in Vietnam will hold a 12-hour vigil outside the United States Embassy in Canberra tomorrow night. The demonstrion is be ing organized by the Viet nam Action Committee A committee spokesman Mr R. Drew, said last night the vigil had been planned to coincide with Independ ence Day in the United States. He said S00 people had been invited. “We hope to show that there is still opposition to the Government policy in Vietnam”, Mr Drew sai “If there is no active opo sition, it could seem that ‘there is complete assent 10 ‘that policy ™. _ SYPNEY, Sunday, — 1) Anti-Vietnam demonstrators will parade outside the Uni ted States Consulate tomor row, on the eve of US In dependence Day. The demonstration is be ing organised by the Project Vietnam Co-ordinating Com mittee. The demonstrators will later move to the Lower Sydney Town Hall where they will be addressed by Mr J.
