French Family Reunion.Franklin, July 1 (specie!)—About •30venty-flvo defendants of Nathaniel and Sarah French met In Franltlln, at the town hall, Saturday, to form a French family association.The forenoon wn* spent In a social way. At noon a picnic dinner was served in the lower hall. At 2 o’clock the gathering was called to order by William Lawrle, and the exercises were opened by prayer by Mias May French, of Orouo.William Lawrle, of Sullivan, was chosen moderator. Mrs. Lottie Gay, of Franklin, wan elected secretary, Henry 0. French, of Franklin, president, and Edwin Hartlett, treasurer.A committee of arrangements was •choson as follows: Mrs. Lottlo flavey,Mrs. Nettle Dyer, Frank Springer. Also a committee on entertainment as follows: Mrs. Vlnnie Lawrle, Geneva French and May Lawrle.A committee was chosen to look up the geuealogy of the French family, as follows: William French, Mrs. JohnSpringer, Sherman S. Downing. This committee will report at the next reunion which will bo held the last Tuesday in September, 1902, at the town hall, Franklin.
