Maw Kiixkd.—Mr. John Spillman, who re-aided in Boonrille, Warrick county, startedfrom Evansville with his team and a load for home day before yesterday. At New burr he stayed at a grocery until about one o'clock in the morning, when with a friend he started to Boonrille in his wagon. When about two miles from Newburg, one wheel of the wagon run of a little bridge on the plank road, and Spillman was thrown out, with a portion of the toad upon him. His head hit a corner of the wagon, and be was fatally wounded, lie* ing only a short time. Mr. dpi 11 man had for* merly been in business at BoonviUe, but re* centfy purchased a team and was engaged in hauling. The delay at the grocery caused hisdeath.—Evtntmlle Journsl.
