Pease, bearing date the lOth day of March, 1880, to secure a debt due to Ballard, Franklin lt;Co., which deed is duly recorded in the office of the Probate Court of Yazoo cuunty, in book B. pages 497 to 501, and also a deed of trust executed by the same, to secure the same debt, dated the 11th day of April, 1837, recorded in the sams office book G. pages 228 to 230.
