Murder of Valley Man Investigated Investigation continued yesterday into the murder of a 42-year-old Sherman Qaks man who was found bludgeoned to death 10 days ago in as home Homicide investigators snd Chester S Marshall of H38 Sternite had not been heard from for two days before its body was discovered on the morning of June 22 by his business partner and the owner of the residence Marshall was renting. Don Reardon of Van Nuys, the business partner, last spoke to Marshall the morning of Thursday, June 20, and had contacted the owner of the residence after he became warned about Marshall, investigators and Police are seeking infor mation from anyone who may have been in contact with Marshall after that Thursday morning No movie for the murder has yet been determined, police said, and no suspects are in custody. Marshall, a former actor, had been working as an In dustrial artist and had been involved in advertising, in vestigators said.
