PRIZE WINNER—A prize winning acrylic by ET s Gary Panter is shown by Joe Barta, director of public relations for the Northpark Merchants Association. The work, “Systems Palm #5/ won the S 100 Mrs. Allen Guiberson Scholarship in the annual Dallas Summer Arts Festival. Panter and five of his ET classmates won a total of S850 in scholarship money at the festival, winning six of the 1 1 scholarship awards.
