German Bible ConferenceAKESIDE is the meeting place of thisdelightful Bible Conference, which begins July 28 and ends August 2. The English Bible Conference will be in session at the same time. Both have splendid programs scheduled. There will be preaching services every morning at 9.30. The following brethren will serve as speakers: Tuesday, the Rev. Charles E. Severinghaus; Wednesday, the Rev. Daniel Matthaei Thursday, the Rev. T. A. Speckmann, D.D.Friday, the Rev. Oscar Roberts; Saturday, the Rev. Emil Klotz.Prayer services will be held from 6.30 to7.15. At 8 P. M., Dr. John Mann Walkersuperintendent of the Bloomington District, Indiana Conference, will speak. He will also deliver the Sunday morning sermon.It is with deep regret that the committee announces there will be no Epworth League institute of the Central German Conferenceat Lakeside this year, but our young people 8re urged to attend the larger institutes atLakeside, Albion, Santa Claus, and other plaees.
