Thousands of tickets have been sold among the employes of the Arsenal for the $50 suit of clothes offered by the. Farley Askin Co., of Davenport, and it is estimated that this feature alone will net the Red Cross society approximately $1,500 for the day. All the profits that may accrue on the picnic will be turned over to the Red Cross, and it is the earnest endeavor of every committeeman at the Arsenal to make this day the best and biggest in Red pross history in the tri-cities.
