M., at the Court House Door, in Baker City, Baker county, Oregon, nil the right, title and interest ofB. \K Buford in and to the following described property. U-\vit:That certain Saw Mill, situ \te at Koontz Creek, on the line Of the Malheur, Burnt lUver Consolidated Ditch and Mining Company’s ;Ditch, known as the Burnt Biver Ditch—said Mill is about eight miles west of the town of Eldorado, Baker County, Oregon, together with the machinery and appurtenances thereunto belonging; Also, all the right, title and interest of B' the said B.
