JLDSON W. WILKINSONFuneral services for Judson W. Wilkin-stfn were held at the Henderson United Methodist Church on Sunday afternoon at 2:30 PM with the Rev George Wietzel officiating. Mr Wilkinson passed away at the Immanuel Hospital in Omaha on Thursday afternoon after having been admitted there on Monday.Jud who was the son of Homer and Georgia Wilkinson was bom on January 13, 1918 in Henderson. He received his education in the Henderson school. In January of 1978 he retired after having worked forty years at the Natural Gas Pineline of America booster station near emerson. He has been a member of the Henderson town council for over three years.On July 19, 1940, Jud was united in marriage to Miss Ruby Pierson of Griswold and to this union were born five children.Jud is survived by his wife Ruby of Henderson; four sons, Roger of Covina, California, Ronald, of Elliott, Robert, of Emerson, and Randy, of Craig, Mo., and one daughter, Ronda, (Mrs Brian Kohrs) of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, ten grandchildren, two brothers, Marlin, of Sun City, Arizona, and Bruce of Santa Anna, Ca., and oen sister, Alice Freeman of Sacramento, Ca. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Lyle. Pallbearers for the services were Mert McLaughlin, Lester DeBolt, Vance White, Morris Harbor, Gene Way mire, and Vern Ebling. Organist for the service was Mrs Arnold Williams. Chosen selections were It Is Well With My soul and Now The Day Is Over. Mr and Mrs Oscar Haack and Mr and Mrs Tom Kirby comprised the floral committee. Ushers were Bud Elkins and Arnold Williams. Interment was at the Farm Creek Cemetery.
