BERKELEY SPRINGS, W. Va., Today—(#)—West Virginia state Police say they have established the identity of the red-haired wo man whose nude and strangled body was found along the Po tomac River near here last May. 10. State Trooper Charles S. Burke said she was Mrs. Lottie Gibson, 81-year-old Akron, D., divorcee and mother of two children. He said she originally came from Charlestown, W. Va., and that her maiden name was Lottie Wolf. Burke said the identification was made by witnesses questioned (Continued on Page Sixteen)
