Relatives and friends of the contracting c parties filled the Rasberry Methodist Episcopal Church blt; to capacity on Thursday, June *25, when the marriage of h Miss Hermoine Rogers and Mr. Williams was solemnized, o The bridal party approached the altar from the rear of it the church, led .by the groomsmen, who were attired in si white suits, shoes and black accessories. Wellington u Howard and Charles Burton, of Yazoo City were the g groomsmen. Following were the bridesmaids, Tiny Brown, p .Minnesota and Mrs. Delos Magee. Destine Rogers, sister d j of the bride, followed the two bridesmaids. Next came Miss Rogers, the bride, upon the arm of her father. At the p chancel they were met by the groom and his best man, ti Charles Venerable, manager of the Universal Life Insur- ii ;ance Company, Gulfport, Mississippi. The groom wore a q summer tuxedo with a white mesh coat which was very • a becoming to him. The best man was attired in white with ^ ‘ black accessories. Mosely, pastor of the church. 4 Miss Rogers made a lovely bride in her wedding a«r- ft • ray. Her gown of ivory satin was made with a train lt;-wwt fr •'a full skirt which fell in graceful ripples from the kim*. p The bodice was tight fitting and outlined at the neck e nwith pearls. The sleeves were elbow length. A full-length e veil was attached to a Juliet cap of pearls and caueeht g !at the sides and around the back with orange blossoms.!
