Lillian Copeland To Enter Canadian MeetAn invitation to compete at the Canadian National games in the University of Toronto stadium at Toronto, August 2. has been accepted by Miss Lillian Copeland, junior at the University of Southern California.Miss Copeland holds the world's records for women in the 81b. shot, javelin and discus. She won championships in all three events at the National A. A. U. for women in Philadelphia last year.This year the women's nationals will not be held at the site of the men's A. A.- U. meet as was the case last year and have been shifted to August. Since this conflicts with the Canadian date, Miss Copeland will not defepd her American titles this year. \Miss Copeland will also be in meets in Chicago, New York and Boston. She is competing under the colors of the Pasadena Athletic and Country Club.
