P. railroad at the station here allowed a trunk to fall off a baggage truck a few months ago and drop into the automobile of Bude Drakulich standing beside the platform the act cost the railroad $50 and costs of defending an action just decided by jury in district court. The owner of the cpr sued the railroad for $250.
