SUPREME COURT — County op Essex.Sherman Collegiate Institute Plaintiff againstPatrick Grabam, Anna Graham, his wife, John Graham, AnnGraham, his wife, Bernard Graham,- Michael Grabam, Thomas Grabam, Ruth Graham his wife and PrankGraham.Defendants.In pursuance of a judgment of fore closure and sale, duly granted in the above entitled action by the Supreme Court on the 14th day of June 1901), and entered in the office of the Clerk of the County of Essex on the 28th day of June, 1909, 1 the undersigned referee, in and by the said judgment, for that purpose duly appointed, will sell at public auction at the office of B. B. Bishop in the town of Moriah, County of Essex, N. Y. being the county where the premises hereinafter described are situate, on the 14th day of August 1909 at 10 o’clock in the forenoou of that day, all the real estate and mortgaged premises in and by the said judgment directed to be sold and therein described as follows viz: All that tract or Parcel of Land, situate in the town of Moriah County of Essex and State of New York, and being-part of lot number seven (7) in Springs and Sharp’s Patent so-called, and described and bounded as follows, to wit; On the south the highway running easterly and westerly through said lot: On thewest by lands of Levi Barkenort the north and east by lands of Carlo H. Broughton, and being the same premises conveyed to Hiram S. Sprague, late of the town of Moriah, deceased, by Thomas Alversm and wife by deed dated August 16th, 1837, and recorded in Essex County clerks office in Liber 2, of deeds on pages 72 73, and by deed dated July 29, 1837, and recorded in the same office in Liber 2, of deeds on pages 54 55.Excepting and reserving forever from this conveyance one and one-half acres of said land in the south east corner thereof heretofore conveyed by said Hiram S.
