Ii does seem strange that Pettigrew would admit the truth when it means defeat for his party, but Frank's party has been ruined in this slate by the bossism of Mellette. Moody and himself. The people are determined to rule and only seek justice at the hands of ihe lawmaking power of Ihe nation. Who would deny the great laboring and producing masses simple justice.
