Elias Stuart was oa a drunk last night and cot a little fresh in front of Jos. Cunningham’s grocery, when Officer Prentice collared him and marched him up to Justice Miller’s office. Stuart pleaded not guilty to the charge of drunk and disorderly conduct and his case wa3 adjourned until Tuesday next. In the mean time he is out on $100 bail.
