Margary,in behalf of the owners of the fivoacre lots on the cast part of theBench, asking that the street runnine through such lots be namedButler Street, nnd so designatedon the Official Man of Ogden City,was referred to the Committee ouStreets.The Committee on Streets reported that the electric light hadbeen removed from tho foot ofFourth Street to tho corner ofMain and Fifth Streets, where itwould better serve a public purpose,and also answer tho petition of Geo.G. Beckwith and others.Report acceptedThe Committee of Fire Department, to whom was referred the petition of John G.Ellis and 41 othersasking the removal from the cornerof Sijctli and Wall Streets of a building erected for' storing oil in largeQuantities which was a source ofdanger to adjacent property, report-11cd that the proprietor intended to igreatly reduco his stock on iiand atthe building named,and hail agreeddanger.Report accepted, and the committco instructed to take cognizanceof the premises, and if nny cause forcomplaint or alarm shall appear, to1to use every precaution against | *
