Death of an Old Citizen.Mr. William W. Lynde, an old citizen of Richmond, died at Cincinnati on Sunday evening last, at 5 p. m. We did not learn the particulars of his illness and death. His remains will be brought to Richmond for interment, the funeral to take ! place this afternoon at the residence 1 of his son, Mr. Henry Lynde, at 4 I o’clock. Mr. Lynde was an old and respected citizen and was for many years connected with Mr. George, W. Barnes, the firm of “Lynde , Barnes” being for a long time one j of the most prominent in the city. I He filled for many years the responsible office of County Treasurer. Mr.1 Henry W. Lynde, of this city, is his son. His daughter was married to! Mr. Wm.Schlater. They have made j their home in Cincinuati for a number of years.
