M., Saturday, June 24th, IS71. The Convention was called to order by D. M. Kenfield, Chairman of the Central Committee.On Motion, the Hon. Stephen Wing was elected temporary President, John York, Jr., Secretary, Daniel Diamond. Assistant Secretary and Cbas^Af. Keeffe, Sergeant at Arms.On motion, toe following committees were appointed by the Chair :Committee on Credentials—C. n. Carter, Frank York. A. A. Whipple, P. B. Smith and R. W. Hathaway.Committee on Permanent Organixation, and Order of Business—A. Halsey, James Bell, R. S. Raymond, W. B. Harriman and C. H. Walcott.’Committee on Resolutions—R. M. Lamp* son, J. K. Hunter and J. B. Carter.On motion, the Convention adjourned till 1 o’clock, P.
